- Ramp for loading and unloading.
- Adequate space for maneuvering and parking of large vehicles in the warehouse.
- Security around the premises: alarm and video surveillance system.
- Telecommunications.

- Industrial building or insulated hangar.
- Ceiling height of at least 4 m.
